As the artist I retain all rights to the artwork, not the commissioner. Therefore I can use said piece in my social media, websites, commission sheets, etc.

The Commissioner can use the work for personal means such as: posting, printing, claim rights to the character but not the art, use art for any personal means except for selling or commercial means.

Any violations revoke any right to the commissioned piece as well as any connections to the artist.

I have the right to refuse your commission, especially if the subject matter is something I'm uncomfortable in drawing.

I have the right to take my time with the commission within my schedule.

Updates can be asked for, but understand that I have many responsibilities outside of the commission

If payment hasn't been received, I retain full rights to refuse the commission

If client isn't satisfied and wishes for a refund then refund rates depend on completion of commission

If Commission is only a base sketch/WIP, a full refund is given

If Commission is lined, 75% of the commission price is refunded

If Commission is colored, 50% of the commission price is refunded

If Commission is Shaded, 25% of the commission price is refunded
